Womans Wear Daily on Fall Winter 2012

Julia Heuse is now running the Juliaandben label single-handedly and this collection suggested that she’s well able to go it alone. Fans of the five-year-old Berlin brand will be pleased to see its trademark dark tie-dye prints out in force: on tight jeans and loose tanks for the boys, and on long slinky fitted jersey dresses and leggings for women. There were also more sophisticated daywear elements, such as a men’s chocolate brown woolen trench, and a boxy camel-colored women’s blazer worn over a floor-length white jersey dress.
